Update 0.5.5: Golden Boot Race — Top Scorers Now Tracked in Every Division

Every league has a table of who is winning, but until now it never told you who is actually scoring the goals. Version 0.5.5 brings a live Top Scorers list to every one of the five divisions — the Golden Boot race is now a real thing across the whole pyramid.

Open the League page and, below the standings, a new Top Scorers panel shows the leading marksmen in the division you are viewing. Each row lists the player, his club, his position, and his goal tally for the season — the same kind of list you would see in any real league. Switch divisions and the list changes with it, so you can scout the deadliest finisher in the Premier Division or the surprise hotshot in the Amateur League.

Goals are now assigned to individual players on every side, not just yours. When a matchday plays out — your own fixtures and the AI games across all five divisions — each goal is credited to a specific squad member, weighted toward attackers so the list reads like a real scoring chart rather than a random scatter. Your own strikers appear in your division's list marked with (You), so you can see how your front line stacks up against the rest of the league.

The counters reset at the start of every new season, so each Golden Boot is a fresh race from week one. A striker who won it last year starts on zero alongside everyone else, and a new name can emerge from nowhere. By the run-in, the top of that list is the player carrying the title charge — or the one you will need to shackle when you meet his club.

Load any save and head to the League page to see the new panel. Play a match and watch the names climb as the goals go in across the pyramid.
