The Weekly Cycle

The game runs on a weekly clock. Each week you manage your squad, set tactics, optionally run a training session, play one league match, then advance to the next week. Advancing pays wages, collects sponsor income, recovers player fitness, heals injuries, and generates a fresh scouting report.

Your Squad

You start with 22 players — 3 goalkeepers, 7 defenders, 7 midfielders, and 5 attackers. Each player has four core attributes (goalkeeping, defense, midfield, attack) rated 1–9, plus traits, fitness, morale, and a contract. Your squad can hold up to 30 players.

Matches & Tactics

Choose from 8 formations (4-4-2, 4-3-3, 3-5-2 and more) and 9 tactical styles (Attacking, Defensive, High Press, Possession, Counterattack and others). Match results are simulated from your team strength, formation modifiers, tactics, player fitness and morale, plus a luck factor.

Training

Once per week you can run a training session. Pick a focus (goalkeeping, defense, midfield, attack, fitness, or chemistry), an intensity (light, normal, heavy), and a target group. Younger and more talented players develop faster. Heavy training yields more progress but drains fitness and risks injury.

Scouting & Youth Academy

Invest in four global scouting regions — Europe, South America, Asia, and Africa — each with different position strengths. Higher investment brings more and better youth prospects each week. Promising youngsters can be signed to your first team from the youth academy.

Transfers & Contracts

Signings go through a 3-stage negotiation: inquiry, bidding (with counter-offers), then contract finalization where you set the length. Players have contracts that expire over time — renew them or lose stars on a free transfer at season end.

Stadium & Facilities

Upgrade your stadium (capacity, VIP seats, food stands, club shop and more) and facilities (training ground, youth academy, medical center, scouting department) to boost income and player development. Each upgrade scales in cost with every level.

Manager Specialization

Your manager earns XP from matches and levels up, gaining skill points to spend on six specializations: Negotiator, Master Coach, Diplomat, Scout Master, Medical Guru, and Motivator. Each skill provides tangible gameplay bonuses.
