Update 0.6.14: Season Summary, Rarer Wonderkids & a Smarter Transfer Valuation

Every season now ends with a full review page — final position, record, top scorer, trophies, and your promotion or relegation outcome. Youth academy intake is smaller and more selective, talent distribution retuned so genuine 50-talent prodigies are rare, and market values now weight talent and potential headroom far more aggressively.

Version 0.6.14 closes the loop on the seasonal cycle, rebalances the youth pipeline, and sharpens how talent and potential translate into price tags. Four changes, each addressing feedback from managers who wanted a more meaningful end-of-season moment, a less bloated academy, and a transfer market where wonderkids actually cost what they are worth.

First, the Season Summary. When your final league fixture is done and the table settles, the Match Summary screen now offers a dedicated Season Review page instead of rolling straight into the next campaign. The page captures everything about the year just gone: your final league position with an ordinal, your full won-drawn-lost record, goals scored and conceded, goal difference, points total, and win rate. It names your top scorer with his goal tally, lists every trophy you lifted, and shows your club status at season end — fanbase size, bank balance, and reputation. Most importantly, it calculates your promotion or relegation outcome from your final position and division size, so a top-two finish in Division 4 greets you with a PROMOTED badge and a Division 1 relegation ends with RELEGATED. A single Continue button moves you into the new season when you are ready.

Second, the youth academy is smaller and more selective. The seasonal intake — the batch of new prospects generated when a new season begins — is now capped at five players instead of ten, with one new prospect generated for every two academy facility levels you have invested in. Weekly scouting reports also find fewer prospects: one to three per report instead of two to five, and the academy pool itself caps at six prospects rather than twelve. The result is an academy that feels like a selective finishing school rather than a storage depot — every prospect matters, and you will want to review and sign the good ones before the pool fills and older talents are trimmed.

Third, talent distribution has been retuned. The 10-to-50 talent scale now follows a realistic rarity curve: talent 10 is common at roughly 40% of all generated players, talent 20 covers about 30%, talent 30 sits at 20%, talent 40 drops to just 7%, and a genuine talent-50 prodigy appears only 3% of the time. This means most players are ordinary, a few are promising, and true wonderkids are the rare, exciting finds they should be — not something you stumble into every week. Existing saves keep their current players; the new distribution applies to all future generation.

Fourth, market values now weight talent and potential headroom far more aggressively. The talent multiplier has been doubled — a talent-50 player now commands a 2× value premium where it was 1.5× before, and even a talent-10 player gets a small 1.2× bump. The potential premium has been strengthened too: the age-weighted headroom bonus is now 50% larger, and the age weights themselves have been increased for younger players, so a 19-year-old with significant room to grow is worth substantially more than a 29-year-old at the same current rating. Combined, these changes mean a high-talent teenager with a big ceiling finally carries the kind of price tag that reflects what he could become — and selling one is a genuine financial event.

Existing careers pick all of this up automatically. The Season Summary appears the next time a season ends, the youth changes apply from your next intake and scouting report, and every player in your squad, academy, and across all AI clubs is revalued with the strengthened formula the moment you load your save. No restart needed — load up and keep building your dynasty.
